If you have ever seen the movie "Field of Dreams" you probably remember the lines "Build it and he will come." and "Ease his pain." Kevin Costner's character Ray Kinsella receives these messages from the voice in the field. In no way do I compare myself to Kevin Costner, but I can relate to hearing those messages. Consumers purchase goods or services out of either pleasure or pain. Those movie quotes refer exactly to that. Ray builds that field to ease the pain of himself and his father and for the pleasure of all those people who will come to watch the games.
